Yes! Once you send an alert, you can see responding teams on an interactive map with real-time updates. The app shows their current location, estimated arrival time, and vehicle type. You'll receive notifications when they're dispatched, en route, and arriving at your location. This transparency helps reduce anxiety and allows you to prepare for their arrival.

SeyViour provides two-way communication with responding teams. You can:

• Send text messages with updates about your situation
• Share photos (injuries, surroundings, hazards)
• Send voice messages if typing is difficult
• Receive instructions from responders
• Update your location if you need to move

All communication is logged for medical records and documentation.

SeyViour currently supports English, French, and Creole languages. The app automatically detects your device language and displays content accordingly. You can also manually change the language in settings. Emergency alerts are transmitted in the local responder's language to ensure clear communication during critical situations.

No! Your location is only shared during active emergency alerts. When you're not using the emergency feature, the app does not track or store your location. GPS is only accessed when you tap the emergency button, and location sharing automatically stops when the alert is closed. Your privacy is our top priority.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Data is only accessible to verified emergency responders during active alerts
• Regular security audits and compliance checks
• No data is sold or shared with third parties

Your medical information and emergency contacts are stored securely and privately.

Yes! You have full control over your data. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account to permanently remove your profile and all associated information. This action cannot be undone. Historical emergency records may be retained for legal and medical documentation purposes for up to 7 years as required by law, but they are anonymized after account deletion.

No login is required during emergencies! You can send an alert even without completing your profile. However, we strongly recommend setting up your profile beforehand so responders have your medical information, emergency contacts, and other details that could save your life. Profile setup takes less than 2 minutes.
